Anxiety can manifest itself in a variety of differing and distressing ways. Living with Anxiety

Sleep scores improved within the first month in 48 patients (66.7%) but fluctuated over time.

“Cannabidiol may hold benefit for anxiety-related disorders.”

A lack of serotonin can not only lead to anxiety, but also to a host of psychological and mood disorders such as depression, aggression, impulsive behaviour, insomnia, irritability, low self-esteem, poor appetite and poor memory.
