What happened to my old customer account?

As a part of moving to our brand new website we decided not to transfer over the existing customer accounts. You will receive a new customer account automatically when placing an order with us. Alternatively, you can create a new user account manually by following this link.

What happened to my reward points?

Our reward point programme that originally granted reward points for purchases was discontinued in June 2022, and all reward points that were unused have now expired with the launch of our new website.

We sent email notifications about the discontinuation of our reward programme back in May 2022 to all of our customers, and our customers were able to use the reward points until September 2022. (Although we officially discontinued the plan at the end of May 2022)

As a part of the introduction of our new website and our new subscription model that gives you free shipping and 30% off full price, we also lowered the full prices of our CBD oils to pass on the cost savings directly to our customers in a more convenient and direct way – removing the need to first collect points and then having to spend them on separate orders.

Deliveries

How long does delivery take?

Your delivery can take anything to up to 3-5 working days.

If we receive your order before 1PM, Monday to Friday, we will dispatch the same day. If received after 1PM we will dispatch the next working day. Orders received after 1PM on a Friday won’t be dispatch until the following Monday or Tuesday, if the Monday is a Bank Holiday. Delivery on a Saturday will depend on the Royal Mail service in your local area. If not delivered on a Saturday, your order should arrive on the following Monday.

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not guarantee a 48h delivery from ordering. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel within 48 hours from receiving the order from us.

Are you able to ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping. This is due to the ever changing regulations regarding CBD worldwide, and we are unable to estimate delivery times, or guarantee successful delivery to customers overseas. Our sincere apologies, we do hope there is more we can offer people based internationally in future.

Can I track my order?

No matter which delivery service you choose, all can be tracked with either Royal Mail. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you will be allocated with your unique tracking ID. Please feel free to track your order using the tracking ID and either the Royal Mail website, or using the direct tracking link provided in the email.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Small Delays:
Although Royal Mail do their very best to deliver within the estimated time frames, there can occasionally be some circumstances where you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

Through tracking your order, you will be able to see what may have happened to your order, where it currently is, or where it might be heading. In some cases, it may to possible to arrange a new delivery date.

Returned To Sender:
In the very rare case that your order has been confirmed to be ‘returned to sender’. Please do feel free to get in touch with us.

In the case that we have received a return of your item before you are able to reach out to us, we will be in touch with you to determine a resolution and ensure the products are with you as soon as possible.

CBD Products

I am new to CBD - Where do I start?

If you are taking a look into the world of CBD and considering taking the first steps of your own CBD wellness journey, we advise to start with either a lower strength product or a lower dosage. From here it may be that you decide to slowly increase the strength or dosage of the product you are using. It is important to remember, the best CBD strength and dosage will vary between all of us. So what product, strength or dosage may best suit a friend, could be different to you!

Lab Reports

Upon receiving your products, if you wish to view our Certificates of Analysis to see the cannabinoid profile of the product, this can be easily done via our website through this link.

Please enter the batch number printed on the product you have, and the relevant document for this product will appear within your results.

Subscriptions

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes you can! Our flexible subscription model renews monthly. And you can easily view the next renewal and payment dates under your online account.

What is the contract length in your CBD subscription?

Our subscriptions are on rolling monthly contract, so you don’t need to be worried about being tied to long contracts that are hard to get rid of. You can easily stay in control of your own subscription, and view the next renewal date in your online account – and cancel or pause your subscription before the renewal if you so wish!

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course! We understand that maybe you might want to have a small break from our deliveries, and you can easily pause your subscription for your preferred period of time under your online account.

Can I subscribe to multiple products?

Of course! You can have multiple products in one subscription, which you are able to change every month if you so wish. Or if you would like to gift someone else a subscription, you can add a second subscription to a different address easily as well!

Can I get your CBD oils for a lower price with a discount code?

We reserve the best price we will ever give on our CBD oils to our subscribers. So, when you subscribe to one of our oils you can be rest assured that you’ve received it for the best price from us.

Which products can I subscribe to?

You can currently subscribe to all of our CBD oils and CBD Gummies.

What shipping method are the subscriptions shipped out with?

We will send out all subscriptions with the Tracked 48 service that Royal Mail provides, completely free of charge to you.
