Silent Pool Gin, the award-winning Surrey based distillery, has partnered with industry-leading CBD brand Green Stem to create a CBD gin, aiming to be the highest quality on the market.
Colorado High Gin is a distillation of Silent Pool’s gin blended with Green Stem’s premium quality CBD, sourced from hemp grown in the clean air and rich, fertile soil of the Rockies in Colorado, USA.
Thanks to Green Stem’s advanced extraction methods, each 50cl bottle is infused with a high dosage of Colorado CBD or ‘cannabidiol’ (200mg per bottle). This is much higher than any other CBD gin on the market, which typically includes just 10mg of CBD and is not enough to produce an effect, or for the drinker to reap the therapeutic properties of CBD.
CBD is a naturally occurring plant compound, non-psychoactive and hailed for its numerous benefits to promote overall wellbeing. Drinking it in this way helps to bring a gentle, subtle balance to the body’s natural systems with every refreshing sip.

· 200ml Original Fever-Tree Tonic
· A slice of grapefruit to garnish
Method:
· Combine the gin and Fever-Tree tonic water over ice
· Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

· 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
· 7 fresh mint leaves
· 15ml sugar cane syrup
Method:
· Shake all ingredients with ice, and fine strain into a chilled glass
