RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be in original packaging, unused and sealed.

If you would like to return an item you have ordered from us, you can do this within 30 days of upon receiving the products. Only products that have not been used or opened, and which are in good condition can be returned. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or arrive in poor condition.

Returns MUST be received within 14 working days of the return request. If an item is not returned within this time frame, we will no longer be able to accept it. Please ensure your returned items are packaged securely.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to check the returned item and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.

When returning include a copy of your purchase receipt and details of the fault.

Any unsolicited or unauthorised returns sent to us will be disposed of.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

In order to return a product, please follow the instructions through our returns portal, where you will be first asked to enter your order reference number and your post code to in order to access your order: Green Stem Returns Portal

 

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customer services first via email and request an exchange before accessing the returns portal: Green Stem Returns Portal

Green Stem CBD reserves the right to change our returns conditions without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse items returned to us which do not fulfil the requirements stated above, or if the correct return process has not been followed.
